Activities of Daily Living
Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common causes of dizziness—and thankfully, one of the most treatable. Our physical therapists are specially trained to assess and treat BPPV using evidence-based repositioning maneuvers that target the root cause.
With just a few precise head movements, we can often significantly reduce or completely eliminate symptoms of spinning, imbalance, and nausea. Most patients feel relief within 1–2 sessions.
If you’ve been told it’s “just vertigo” or you’re tired of living cautiously, we’re here to help you get back to steady ground—confident, balanced, and back in motion.
