Fyzical Therapy was born from a shared dream between husband and wife duo, Hannah and Taylor Pfeifer, both passionate therapists with a heart for helping others thrive. Hannah is a pediatric occupational therapist with deep roots in social-emotional development and trauma-informed care. Taylor is a physical therapist specializing in sports performance and injury recovery. Together, they envisioned a therapy clinic that felt less like a medical office and more like a trusted extension of family.
In 2021, that vision became a reality.
What started as a leap of faith has grown into a vibrant, community-rooted practice that serves children, teens, and adults through OT, PT, and speech therapy. As a family-owned and operated business, Fyzical Therapy prides itself on connection, not just with patients, but with every therapist, family, and partner we work alongside.

Fyzical Therapy began with a simple mission: to create a place where therapy felt personal, empowering, and rooted in connection. We opened our doors in 2021 with a small but mighty team and a big vision, to bridge the gap between traditional therapy and whole-person care.
Our earliest sessions were filled with laughter, movement, meltdowns, and breakthroughs. We celebrated the little wins, a first step, a brave word, a new way to express a big feeling, just as much as the big milestones. From day one, we knew that supporting physical development was only one piece of the puzzle. Mental health and social-emotional growth had to be at the center of everything we did.
Today, we’re proud to serve hundreds of families across Castle Rock and Parker, offering pediatric OT, PT, and speech therapy, alongside specialized support for teens and adults. We run groups, host community events, collaborate with schools and doctors, and lead with a team that genuinely loves what they do.
And we’re just getting started.
